Biography

I have extensive service on the Alameda County Democratic Central Committee. Initially as an alternate and now as an elected delegate. Have served as Vice Chair of the 20th AD; currently as Vice Chair of the 25th AD and member of the Executive Committee. These positions gave me the opportunity to participate in county-wide endorsements; participate in the annual Unity Dinner, assist with candidate training workshops; participate in state conventions; and participated in numerous campaigns for Democratic candidates.

 

Been an active member of our local Tri City Democratic Forum for many years participating in club activities; fundraisers; meeting arrangements; co-chair of annual picnic; voter registration and endorsement sessions. Now serve as Vice President and member of the Executive Committee and responsible for monthly Programs. Created and edit a club newsletter to distribute information, improve attendance, member involvement, and club visibility.

 

It has been an honor representing you and I will continue to listen to you and advocate on your behalf. I would appreciate your vote on June 7. Thank you

  • I will fight to increase funding for pre-K, K-12 schools, community colleges, and will make college more affordable and accessible for California students.
  • I am working to bring new jobs to the area and invest in workforce training. I support middle class families and will tackle income inequality. We need to make sure our young people have the training for the jobs of the future.
  • I will promote and support Affordable housing. I have supported and approved many affordable housing projects during my time in city government and will continue to champion affordable housing in the future.
