My Top 3 Priorities

  • Responsible Growth: slow market rate, residential development, focus on Alameda's requirements to bring affordable housing to Alameda; accelerate efforts to bring commercial development to Alameda so residents can live and work in Alameda.
  • Execute fiscally responsible, prefessionally engineerd, comprehensive solutions to traffic and congestion.
  • Fiscal Transparency: make financial decisions that allocate budget dollars for the greater Alameda: parks, seniors, youth, infrastructure and more.
